If you have recently moved to Auburn Village (or are contemplating doing so), welcome to the neighborhood!  To help provide a quick introduction to our community please download our Resident Welcoming Guide.

As a new resident, there are a number of rules and procedures we ask that you follow in order to maintain a clean, safe and friendly community. We have created this website to provide our residents with both an online information source where all of these rules and procedures can be found.  Please review these Governing Documents by clicking here.

Our Management Office is open Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Wednesday from 10:00am until 7:00pm.  The office is closed during the noon hour.

As a new member of our community, we suggest you register for the member's section of our website, which will give you access to our online message board and provide you with the ability to submit a maintenance/service request. From your member home page you can edit your online profile and connect with other members of the community as well to plan events, ask questions or simply chat about life in and around Del Ray. By registering, you will also be included in our electronic mailing list for important announcements in the event of an emergency or other important event (we use this sparingly and you will not receive spam or other non-emergency correspondence through this list).

In addition to registering for our online community, we ask that you register at the Management Office and provide us with your contact information, pet registration form, and vehicular registration form. Auburn Village has engaged the services of a third party towing service to ensure that our parking lots are used by residents only - should you fail to register your vehicle and obtain a parking permit, you risk having your car towed by this service. 

Finally, while we are pet friendly, we ask that you review review our pet policies which are designed to ensure the safety of our residents, compliance with local pet laws and the maintenance of a clean community.
